Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of rainierblinds.com and Rainier Blinds LLC's quoting, invoicing, and installation services. By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are prepared based on measurements and product selections discussed during your consultation. Pricing is confirmed in writing before any order is placed or invoice is sent. A quote isn't a commitment on either side until it's accepted and an order is placed.

Invoicing and payment

Once you accept a quote, we send an invoice and payment link through QuickBooks. Payment on that invoice is processed by Intuit Payments Inc.; we don't store your card or bank details ourselves. Deposits, balances due, and payment timing are as stated on your specific invoice.

Warranty

Warranty coverage (1, 3, or 5 years depending on the package selected) applies to manufacturing defects and installation workmanship as described at the time of sale. It doesn't cover misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

Cancellations

Because products are made to measure, cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be stated on your order confirmation before production begins.

Limitation of liability

Rainier Blinds LLC's liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
