Rainier Blinds LLC ("Rainier Blinds," "we," "us") provides custom window treatments and installation services in the Greater Seattle Area. This policy explains what information we collect through rainierblinds.com and our quoting/invoicing process, and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, contact us, or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, and property address, along with any details about your project. When you accept a quote and move forward with a purchase, we also record the products, pricing, and payment status for that job.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and installs, prepare quotes, and — once you've agreed to move forward — create invoices and collect payment. We don't sell your contact information. We use project information to provide our services and website analytics to understand traffic and advertising performance.

Service providers we use

To run the business, we share the minimum necessary information with these providers, each acting on our behalf:

• QuickBooks (Intuit) — for invoicing and collecting payment once you accept a quote. Payments made through the invoice you receive are processed by Intuit Payments Inc., under its own privacy and security practices.
• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system, used to track leads and appointments and to send scheduling texts/emails.
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used to deliver inquiries, quotes, and invoices.
• Web3Forms — processes the contact/lead forms on this site and relays submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides basic, aggregated traffic analytics.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — measures advertising and website activity through the Meta Pixel.
• Google Analytics — provides aggregated website traffic and advertising-performance data.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics/Google Ads tracking, and Meta Pixel) to understand traffic and measure ad performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technology; you can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep customer and project records as long as needed for warranty service, bookkeeping, and legal/tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you, or ask what we have on file, by contacting us below. Some information (like invoices) may need to be retained for accounting and legal purposes even after such a request.
