How much do custom blinds and shades cost?
Your quote depends on the window dimensions, selected fabrics, shade styles, controls, and installation scope. We measure your windows and prepare a personalized quote before you order. Compare our Standard, Motorized, and Smart package options on the Services page. Free in-home consultations are available within 60 driving miles of Auburn, WA. Farther-away projects are considered individually, with any consultation fee quoted before booking and credited toward your order. No showroom visit is required, and there is no obligation to order.
What are the Standard, Motorized, and Smart packages?
Standard offers manual operation on eligible shade styles with a 1-year warranty. Motorized adds a quiet RF motor with a handheld remote included and a 3-year warranty. Smart uses a Matter-compatible motor for a compatible home system, with a 5-year warranty. Available controls depend on the product; Roman and woven wood shades are motorized only.
What warranty do you offer?

Do smart shades work with Apple Home, Alexa, and Google Home?
Our Smart package uses Matter-compatible motors. We check compatibility with your selected platform, shade, and exact equipment before you order, then help set up the confirmed system at installation.
How do I program my motorized shade remote?
We program and test everything at installation, so there is normally nothing for you to do. Who does the measuring and installation?
Our own crew handles everything — consultation, measuring, and installation. We never hand your project off to subcontractors, so the person who measured your windows is the one accountable for the final fit.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes, for most homes. Installation by our own crew is built into your quote. If a job needs drilling into concrete or tile, an extension ladder, involves a vaulted ceiling or a window over a stairwell, or needs a second technician for safe handling, we add a complex install fee, and we'll tell you that upfront at your consultation, not after the job's scheduled.
How long does it take to get my shades installed?
Timing depends on your selected products, fabrics, and the current schedule. We confirm the estimated timeline before you order and keep you informed as your project progresses.
Do you replace old blinds?
Yes. Removal and disposal of old blinds are normally included with installation. We confirm this as part of your quote.
